Genuine/original early 1960′s 10 row. Oil cooler for the BMC Austin Morris Mini. Cooper and Cooper S. This was only available as a special order/optional extra prior to 1966 and is therefore very rare. This one has been sat at the back of a garage for the past 40 years. There are no brackets and as is often the case the fixing tabs at the ends are broken. Both can be made or repaired fairly easily if required. The pipes may also need bending to fit. Most importantly however, the main body and unions are all in good condition. It was still full of oil when found and hadn’t leaked at all, therefore I assume the reservoirs and channels are all ok. I have only emptied out the oil and given it a bit of a scrub in preparation for sale. It will add a lovely period touch to any Mk1 Mini and of course, as originally intended, cool your oil.
